Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All returns must be authorized by Liberty Footwear Inc. and require return authorization. Contact us here for a return authorization number.
  • Returns based on a sizing or design issue will only be accepted if the boots or shoes have NOT been worn. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Returns based on a factory defect may be accepted even if the item has been worn, as long as it can be determined that the defect was the result of a manufacturing issue. If you are returning an item with a manufacturer’s defect, Liberty Footwear Inc. reserves the right to decide if repair or replacement is warranted.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product.
  • The return authorization number must be included on the top of the envelope or box for acceptance in our receiving department.
  • The return authorization number must also be included in all correspondence.
  • Liberty Footwear Inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from wearing our boots in situations not fit for their purpose.
